People are such tools. Srsly. On vogue forums there is a post titled 'What do I wear to uni?'
Not to say that I'm completely free of being a tool. I was on there searching for a discount perfume site that would hopefully stock 'Guerlain Cherry Blossom' Perfume since a certain member of a certain boy band mentioned he liked the scent.

Point: I am alive and well. University has not swallowed me whole and I am not drowning in its nasty stomach acid. That is, not just yet.

In fact, I'm loving it so far, albeit I haven't yet attended 'Power and Change', which I hear is a really boring subject. The workload is also a bit of a downer. I have an assignment due next week (completed), another due Week 3, yet another due Week 4... etc. etc. It's seriously forcing me to become more organised and actually stick to it. Oh yeah, did I mention how much sleep I'm losing?

Today's my only free day and instead of being wise and dedicated I went shopping >.>

- 2 x Plain V-Neck Long Sleeve Tees
- Button Detail Long Sleeve Tee
- Black Boots
- Black Belt

Yet, I'm still itching to shop. I blame the high AUD, srsly. I still need sunnies, digital camera, a new hoody, Milan jacket, shoes and a bag, not to mention Guerlain Cherry Blossom, Fahrenheit stuff, scarves, caps... but I still have a textbook to buy and I never did replenish my bank account as planned. I thought I was past this materialism and shopping addiction, but it seems it was like a dormant volcano that just decided to erupt.

I'd ramble on about how Katherine is lovely and how we click, and the other various people I've met (who's names and faces I've admittedly and embarrassingly forgotten), as well as my thoughts and feelings on various subjects and courses, but for now you're all spared. Main point is that I'm enjoying the three subjects I've attended, albeit I dislike my WSS tutorial group, but I cannot see a future beyond the degree. I enjoy what I'm learning, but I despise the lack of practicality.

I want to do something that will get me to Asia and srsly, writing and cultural studies?! *headdesk* I need to keep my grades up so I can add international studies and go to Hong Kong in fourth year.

That's seriously fucked. You can transfer into something else at the end of the year? :/ *hugs*

Yes, it is. In terms of what I'm studying I have to get my head around different terms such as 'referent' and their relationship, so right now I'm a bit @_@ Plus, I have to give a presentation to the class in Week Three "creatively" on semiotics. *headdesk*

yay for you being alive and well, I had feared while you were well you were not alive and thus a vampire...its true, I feared it as I thought of it now. :P

I want to go shopping, I dont like shopping sometimes but than when I change my hair I feel I need to change everything else..and I have anew jacket (*pets*) and a new bag and so I need new...things. But Mickey Mouse jumper and tee? that.is.v.v.funky.
Oh & I need boots (as one would be silly) for work *sighs dramaticalllly*
Oh while in Rome I found ZE cutest AC jacket/jumper, it was red and said San Siro and I was like *pets* but my parents refused to allow me to buy it for nearly £100 *sighs*

I'm very glad *insert grinny face* university in fantasteeec for you, even though you dont know what your degree will give you..someday it'll hit you (what do you want to be by the by? I know it seems like a lame question as you said you dont know but as in..like dream be?)

I should get back to my English work as I am in English class and even though my evalution sounds smarter and possibly has more promise than my project (at least my project now as I'm sure my teacher will -just to break me a little more- over use his red pen and not for enough ticks) it is not done [sorry i posted that before i completed my thought...thank you edit button]

Eeeee! I cant wait to see pics of your items. Especially the black boots. Boots are just... hot. I dont have room in my closet for all of mine, its so sad! They just kind of lay there on the floor, thrown in. Gah. Lately I've been getting rid of some tragic items that I dont wear anymore to make room. It feels good cleaning it out, but its so much work.

I also am in need of a bag. Something spring-y. My Tokidoki is bugging me, its so cumbersome! I just want something light enough to dangle on my elbow, not throw over my shoulder.
